In this fully remote role, you'll work independently on diverse tasks—from minor fixes to major features—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the payments industry.
Key responsibilities include tackling a wide range of tasks, from small bug fixes to complex feature development, with minimal supervision.
You will drive the development of scalable, robust software solutions using Golang and React/Next.js.
You will provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
You will work closely with product management, design, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Participation in code reviews is expected, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
You will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our platform innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

Several years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Golang and React/Next.js, with a quick ability to learn new technologies is essential.
Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are necessary for problem-solving.
Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives is important.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello is a nice to have.
Experience with cloud services, microservices architectures, or other modern development paradigms is also a plus.
