Requirements:

• Candidates must have graduated from a university, with preference for graduates from highly competitive institutions or those with comparable achievements.

• Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, databases, and software design is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through academic or personal projects, past startups, hackathons, competitive programming, or professional experience is essential.
• Proven development experience with Ubuntu CLI, server setups, and AWS is required.
• Experience building backend systems with Python server frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Flask is necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable deploying code to web environments and API endpoints, and working with websockets for real-time applications.
• Expertise in AI development, including mastery of Python and AI libraries like LangChain, Phidata, and CrewAI, is required.
• Experience applying LLMs to solve problems and evaluating open-source models is essential.
• Extensive experience working with APIs and external integrations is necessary, with experience in Composio being a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Cursor AI or similar tools, experience in a remote-first setting, and excellent communication skills in English are preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, creativity, and proficiency with Node JS, as well as experience in the LAMP stack and working with vanilla PHP and MySQL, are advantageous.
