The company is seeking a Software Engineer - Machine Learning to join their team in São Paulo, with a remote work option.
The ideal candidate should have experience in natural language processing or large language models and a proven track record in deploying and maintaining scalable production systems.
The team develops chatbot experiences powered by large language models to improve customer satisfaction and support team efficiency.
Responsibilities include translating customer support challenges into technical solutions, partnering with Senior MLEs, leading software engineering best practices, building data pipelines, and promoting software engineering practices.

Requirements:

Strong experience in software engineering, specifically in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable production systems.
Proven track record of integrating large language models into production environments.
Proficiency in Python, as it is the primary programming language used for development.
Familiarity with data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines and ensuring data quality.
Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools and frameworks to optimize application performance.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment.
Experience using cloud providers for data management and deployment via Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience mentoring junior developers or team members in software engineering best practices.
