Requirements:
Candidates should have a strong focus on helping customers gain visibility and actionable insights through observability offerings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to find common ground.
A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in production settings is necessary.
Experience with Machine Learning or Statistics in operational settings is required.
Candidates should have experience in fast-paced startup environments.
Proficiency in SQL and OLAP databases is essential.
Familiarity with software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, version control, automation, and debugging, is required.
