The role of Software Engineer (Machine Learning) involves tackling challenges in search, recommendation systems, NLP, and personalization.
The position focuses on working with GenAI technologies, traditional ML, and scalable AI systems to solve high-impact problems.
Key responsibilities include fine-tuning and deploying Generative AI models, designing ML-driven systems for search and recommendations, working with SQL and data analysis, architecting solutions for distributed training, and managing MLOps pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and a proven track record of developing production-grade systems.
Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required.
A strong understanding of transformers, SQL, PEFT techniques, and traditional ML algorithms like XGBoost and clustering is necessary.
A background in search, recommendation systems, or large language models (LLMs) is preferred.
