We are looking to hire a machine learning engineer as we expand our data activation products to include an intelligence layer.
Hundreds of companies use Hightouch today to sync data into their SaaS systems to automate and improve operations.
There is significant potential to assist companies in determining which customers to message, what content to include in messages, and when to send messages.
Much of the current work is done manually through intuition and guesswork, and we believe that adding machine learning could significantly enhance our customers' experiences.
Hightouch is well-positioned to leverage customer data from data warehouses and databases to build a powerful intelligence layer.
Key problems to be addressed include personalization and product recommendation, automated experimentation, predictive audiences, content generation, and budget optimization.
As an early machine learning engineer, you will help build comprehensive solutions from scratch, with responsibilities including customer research, problem definition, predictive modeling, machine learning infrastructure, and customer collaboration.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $260,000 USD per year, location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
