  • The role is for a technical Engineering Manager I to lead a growing full-stack engineering team.
  • The position involves working with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Go, React, GraphQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Amazon Redshift.
  • The team focuses on measurements to understand the impact and effectiveness of advertising campaigns, utilizing various measurement studies like 1PDA, BLS, ACR, and FTA.
  • Responsibilities include designing, improving, and debugging complex distributed systems, taking ownership of projects, mentoring interns and junior engineers, and collaborating on scalable web architecture.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 1+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications.
  • Knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a technical project from design to delivery is required.
  • A strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs and backend processing systems is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to create high-impact product experiences.
  • Experience with relational databases and key-value stores is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience working on large scale Ruby on Rails or Go projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS or other equivalent cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.) is required.
  • Experience analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application page load performance across the entire stack is necessary.
  • Experience with creatives, AgTag, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
