Remote Software Engineer, Operations

Description:

• Carry is on a mission to help customers build wealth through smart tax optimization and education, starting with the Solo 401k for self-employed business owners and expanding to other financial products and services.
• The Operations team is responsible for client support, financial and accounting processes, and prototyping for new products and services.
• This role involves building integrations between third-party applications and the production web application, as well as developing internal tools for customer support and financial back office functions.
• The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Carry's clients, products, and services as the company continues to grow.
• This is a fully remote position based in the U.S.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Typescript and Python is required, along with the ability to work across the stack.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a bonus.
• Candidates should be interested in the nuances of individual and small business tax optimization.
• A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-agency environment are essential.
• Candidates must be highly organized and process-driven.
