Description:

  • One is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Payments team, responsible for building and scaling a new product focused on contactless payments and digital wallets.
  • The role involves working on the full stack (App/Web/Backend) to scale the product for large payment use cases in the US.
  • Collaboration with other engineers is essential for shipping code and solving challenging problems.
  • Documentation plays a crucial role in the success of the organization, especially as a growing and remote team.
  • The position requires solving complex problems related to real-world money movement and sensitive financial data.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in building and growing products and services.
  • Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) and caching solutions is necessary.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure, Lambdas, and DynamoDBs is preferred.
  • Ability to work on high volume and highly available systems is a requirement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in building, shipping, and growing products and services.

  • Ability to work on high volume and highly available systems.
