Description:

• This is a remote position and candidates are being considered in the United States only.
• The Software Engineer - Platform Productivity role is part of the Platform department at Grafana Labs, which focuses on improving performance, reliability, and efficiency of Grafana Cloud.
• The Internal Engineering Platform provides application engineers with the necessary tools, systems, and Kubernetes clusters to build, deploy, and run their workloads.
• The Platform Productivity squad helps internal engineers release software securely and measurably, leading automation of release processes and assisting teams in maximizing the use of tools.
• The role involves being part of an on-call rotation to ensure system health and understanding user interactions with the product.
• Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Internal Engineering Platform, managing CI/CD platforms, automating build and deployment processes, and collaborating with diverse internal teams.
