Remote Software Engineer, Product Banking

Description:

• As a Software Engineer on ONE’s banking team, you will be responsible for building products and systems that serve customers and the company, including services like debit card funding, mail-a-check, P2P payments, RDC, and recurring transfers.
• You will architect, design, and implement software applications for banking products, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Building and maintaining documentation is crucial for success in a growing and remote organization like ONE.
• You will solve complex problems that arise at scale, dealing with real-world money movement, sensitive financial data, and creating novel financial mechanics.
• The role requires high technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a high-scale banking or fintech organization.
• Professional experience in building, shipping, and growing customer-facing products.
• Knowledge of banking protocols, API’s, and security standards.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Solid understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and payment processing.
