Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years of experience in software development.

Experience with blockchain technology is necessary.
You should have experience in remote work and collaboration across different time zones.
Prototyping and developing ideas is essential for this role.
Proficiency in various programming languages and functional paradigms is required.
Knowledge of the Rust programming language is necessary.
A deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and concurrency, is expected.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and its core concepts, such as consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and smart contracts, is required.
