Description:

SOUTHWORKS is seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Python and Big Data to contribute to high-profile projects for major brands and scale-ups.
The role involves working in a three-person Fireteam, focusing on innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
The position offers the freedom to self-direct work and provides hands-on training with the latest technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have relevant experience in Python; experience with C# is a plus.
A strong technical background in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Application Development is required.
Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular or React/NextJS is necessary.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other virtualization solutions is essential.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about community standards, code guidelines, and design patterns.
Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is required.
An excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is necessary.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position is required.
Experience with Cloud Development, ideally on Azure, and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric are considered nice-to-have skills.
