Remote Software Engineer (Python)

Description:

• OfferFit, a company founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs and funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs, is seeking a Software Engineer (Python) to join their Engineering team.
• The role involves working on OfferFit's self-learning (reinforcement learning) AI platform, collaborating with customer-facing teams, and supporting the product strategy and roadmap.
• Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and improving modular components in a cutting-edge ML product, producing clean and extendible Python code, and improving core data pipelines and reporting architecture.
• The tech stack includes Python, Pandas, Polars, Ibis, Spark, SQL, BigQuery, FastAPI, Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, and GCP.
• Fluency in English and the ability to partially overlap with US time zones are required for this position.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive knowledge of Python and its ecosystem.
• Ability to design, implement, and improve modular components in a cutting-edge ML product.
• Fluency in English is required.
