Description:

The Software Engineer - React position is a full-time remote role based in India.
Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
The engineer will craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Active participation in accurate planning and estimation efforts is required, utilizing project methods and tools.
Responsibilities also include gathering requirements and organizing/presenting developed features for clients.
The role involves executing complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.
The engineer will promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions.
Engagement in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities is expected.
The engineer will actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams.
The role requires driving project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience/expertise in React, mui framework, HTML, CSS, and a little bit of Redux and JavaScript is required.
Good communication skills are essential for this position.
Nice to have skills include AWS and Docker experience.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is preferred.
Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation is necessary.
High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate is desired.
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems is required.
The candidate should have a practice of mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
A good understanding of SOLID principles is necessary.
Familiarity with OWASP is required.
Proficiency in the English language is essential.
