Description:

• 3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in React.js to join their Product Development team in Mexico.
• The role is full-time and remote, focusing on building breakthrough software products that drive digital business growth.
• Responsibilities include crafting efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code.
• The engineer will provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
• They will gather requirements, validate understanding among the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation.
• The position requires executing activities within the current methodology while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers is essential to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
• The engineer will take ownership of projects from technical design to successful launch.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software engineering is required, with at least 1 year of experience in React.
• Familiarity with Material UI is a plus.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, CSS, and HTML is necessary, with at least 1 year of experience in these technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs and charts libraries such as Highcharts, D3, Google Charts, or ChartJS is desirable.
• Knowledge of frontend unit test libraries like React testing library, Jest, or Mocha is a plus.
• Experience with Azure and engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity is required.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is essential.
• Knowledge of protocols like HTTP and serialization formats like JSON and XML is necessary.
• Experience in building frontend applications at scale is required.
• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
• Additional desired experience includes building frontend/backend applications at scale, proficiency with relational databases and SQL, knowledge of source control tools, understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, and experience with unit testing.
