Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join their fast-growing team in a remote position based in Argentina.
The role involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
The Software Engineer will work closely with the Customer Success & Operations Lead to support and enhance a headless CMS, high-performance hosting platform, and programmatic ads system for media companies.
Responsibilities include leading headless CMS migrations, optimizing hosting environments, troubleshooting customer support issues, developing new product features, collaborating across time zones, offering insights on team structure, developing prototypes, mentoring other engineers, and conducting code reviews.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on web development.
Proficiency in React, WordPress, AWS, and Fastly or similar CDN solutions is required.
Experience with high-traffic media sites or large-scale web applications is essential.
The ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connections is necessary.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Candidates should be comfortable working PST, CST, or EST hours, with a preference for LATAM candidates.
Experience in contributing to large projects, setting goals, writing test plans, and conducting code reviews is needed.
The ability to gather requirements, negotiate scope, and align with business objectives is essential.
