Responsibilities include building analytics capabilities and a recommendations engine to redefine the industry.
The position also involves creating sophisticated UX workflows for project owners, contractors, and construction engineers.
As part of a small engineering team, the candidate will wear many hats and contribute to various areas based on their strengths and interests, including front and back-end web, mobile, infrastructure, data engineering, growth, and product strategy.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in a professional team-based environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with emotional intelligence, are required.
The candidate should be a generalist with an interest in web development, DevOps, and data engineering.
Experience with ReactJS and Ruby on Rails is necessary for this position.
