Description:

Jobgether is seeking a Software Engineer to work remotely in Texas or Colorado.
This position is ideal for a frontend-focused Software Engineer who wants to engage in high-impact, scalable systems.
The role involves building platform-level services such as Authentication, Authorization, and Messaging for various product teams.
The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create secure, efficient, and user-centric systems.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining frontend services, coordinating the design and deployment of complex features, and incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
The candidate will also mentor fellow engineers and drive ownership of critical components and technical projects from conception to delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining high-volume production services.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript is required, along with working knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or Go.
A solid understanding of modern cloud environments, preferably AWS and Kubernetes, is necessary.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL is required.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows is essential.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment is a must.
Candidates should possess a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

The position offers 100% remote work from Austin, TX or Denver, CO.
A competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $148,000, depending on experience and location, is provided.
