Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer in high-scale environments.
Proficiency is required in one or more of the following: web (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Swift, Objective-C), or backend (Python, Elixir).
Demonstrated success in leading initiatives from inception to launch is necessary.
Experience in building product features for large-scale or real-time applications is required.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with an understanding of both product and design are essential.
Candidates should have the ability to solve problems from first principles and deliver impactful solutions.
Clear and thoughtful communication skills with a focus on results and long-term scalability are important.

The position offers a competitive base salary between $248,000 – $279,000.
