The Partner Chains Tribe project aims to simplify blockchain deployment, operation, and interoperability using Substrate technology.
As a Software Engineer in the Partner Chains tribe, you will write high-quality code for products, work with cutting-edge research, and collaborate with various team members.
Responsibilities include following agile software development practices, working independently on tasks, contributing to algorithm design, writing clean code, reviewing specifications, and integrating software components.
You must be knowledgeable about distributed and concurrent computation and have a basic understanding of cryptography.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science is desirable but not essential.
Minimum 3 years of Rust development experience, with expertise in the Substrate framework.
5+ years of software development experience.
Blockchain experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Git and Git workflow, Agile software development methods, and functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
Domain knowledge of low-level network communications protocol and distributed systems.
