Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
An eagerness to learn and work with modern frontend technologies is preferred.
Candidates should be able to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
