Description:
GoFundMe is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Integrations team, focusing on Salesforce integrations with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
This role is critical for driving seamless connectivity between internal systems and external platforms, enabling customers to operate efficiently and view all their data in one place.
Candidates must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as this is a remote position.
The position requires expertise in the Salesforce development lifecycle and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities include writing and maintaining test classes, unit testing, code documentation, and optimizing existing code for performance and scalability.
A deep understanding of Salesforce Managed Integrations/Package security review requirements is necessary.
Experience with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex Programming Language, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce is required.
Experience in developing custom user interfaces, including Lightning pages, Aura Components, and LWC, is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in Salesforce APIs and integrating third-party systems into Salesforce, specifically using REST, SOAP, BULK, Metadata, and Fundraising APIs.
Proficiency in packaging low-code automations such as Flows/Templates is required.
Experience developing applications for the full stack of Salesforce Cloud Offerings is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Non Profit Cloud Certification.
Backend development and integration experience is preferred, including designing and implementing high-volume integrations with Salesforce.
Familiarity with ETL patterning for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes is a plus.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Java is preferred.
