Description:

ClickHouse is seeking a Software Engineer - Security to join the Product Security and Compliance team.
The team is responsible for driving security features, managing governance, risk, compliance programs, and customer identity engineering.
The role involves balancing security, compliance, and developer experience by creating integrated solutions for identity and access management, security operations, and compliance testing.
Responsibilities include working with engineering teams to understand development practices, coordinating with GRC and security teams, designing and managing systems for developer access and security configuration, identifying and fixing security issues, and supporting automated testing for GRC systems.
The position also includes assisting with unifying security tooling and CI/CD pipelines, developing tools for SecOps alerts, and performing basic triage and incident response for security-managed applications.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building security and compliance solutions.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, and tools like Cloud Formation, Terraform, or Terragrunt is required.
Hands-on experience in building scalable internal full-stack applications is necessary.
Experience with Okta, identity governance tools, Cloud IAM, and zero trust solutions is essential.
Candidates should be passionate about building secure and user-friendly systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams are required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and solid production debugging skills are necessary.
