As an early member of the engineering team, you will help shape the engineering culture of a fast-growing startup.
The core platform at Modern Treasury connects customers with their banks, providing an easy-to-use interface for banking systems.
Customers utilize the products to manage money transfers, automate back-office tasks, and maintain transaction ledgers.
Modern Treasury's API is a critical infrastructure for customers, requiring robust and scalable systems to handle high volumes of API calls.
The company values quality API documentation and embraces the best tools for the job, including open source solutions.
The web platform is used by accountants, controllers, and engineers to manage payment workflows and monitor business activities.
In your first week, you will onboard with the engineering team, ship your first commit, and address minor bugs or improvements.
Within the first six weeks, you will complete a major project, write a blog post, and participate in customer and partner meetings.
By the end of six months, you will work with the product team to develop products for engineering and finance users and mentor new engineers.
