As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the product team building the next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) and a new Learning Assistant.
You will engage with Product Managers and Designers to shape the best solutions and collaborate with other Engineers to bring these solutions to life.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the product is secure, reliable, and performant, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to the product roadmap.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch, among others.
The hosting is cloud-based, and the observability stack includes Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, Langfuse, and Gentrace.
Requirements:
You should have recent experience as an Individual Contributor in a product-oriented company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with the tech stack is essential, particularly the JavaScript ecosystem, with the ability to write code during the tech interview.
A T-shaped profile is desired, with a full-stack mindset and a particular area of expertise.
You must demonstrate a sense of ownership and a holistic approach to problem-solving, making decisions based on data and stakeholder input.
Team spirit is crucial; you should align with the company's mission and culture and adapt to an evolving environment.
You should be excited to work in a written-first and async-first environment, valuing radical transparency.
Stellar written communication skills are required, along with the ability to welcome feedback and express your views clearly.
A positive attitude and a willingness to help others are important, as well as a passion for technology and its application in education and training.
Professional proficiency in English is required, and speaking French is optional.
