Remote Software Engineer, Site

Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features that enhance user experience, optimize conversion and retention rates, integrate feedback loops, monitor key metrics, and ensure reliability of the acquisition funnel.
• Develop scalable applications, web services, and APIs while working with the Growth Engineering team.
• Work with product and design teams to create user interfaces that prioritize a positive user experience.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, write technical documents, and identify areas for software efficiency improvement.
• Maintain internal software tools and review contributions from other engineering team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in developing, automating, maintaining, and reviewing frontend code.
• Advanced experience in application development, architecture, and programming.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams.
• Strong eye for good user experiences and a desire to create pleasant UX.
• Willingness to work with colleagues to iterate on proposals and implementation details.
