Remote Software Engineer, Site

Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features that enhance user experience, optimize conversion and retention rates, integrate feedback loops, monitor key metrics, and ensure reliability of the acquisition funnel.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver a seamless and positive journey for users from acquisition to ongoing engagement and support.
• Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs.
• Develop user interfaces in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, write technical documents, and identify bottlenecks to improve software efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal software tools and review contributions from other team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in developing, automating, maintaining, and reviewing frontend code.
• Advanced experience in application development and architecture.
• Skilled programmer with experience collaborating with product and design teams.
• Strong focus on creating good user experiences and pleasant UX.
• Ability to work with colleagues to iterate on proposals and implementation details.
