Remote Software Engineer SR - Dynamics

Description:

• Sagent is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform developer to design, develop, and implement solutions based on established patterns and best practices.
• The role involves collaborating with development teams and customers to drive the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying new changes into production, participating in agile software development, and providing technical guidance for production support and incidents.
• The position also entails utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD, configuring and deploying Power BI solutions, and ensuring Dynamics Omnichannel supports chat functions for the customer service team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related domain, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 customer service modules.
• 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
• 1+ years of experience with Omnichannel.
• Experience with C# to create plug-ins and web flows.
• Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions.
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams.
