Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Enterprise Solutions to join our dedicated team.
The role involves building custom features and enhancements for our most strategic enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for implementing features to support native order flows, including check creation, DSP routing, order attribution, and exception handling.
The position requires building APIs that expose key store-level data, such as store hours, to external operator tools.
You will investigate and resolve issues that arise during pilots and store rollouts, including technical bugs, data mismatches, and menu configuration gaps.
The role includes contributing to secure data access and permissions via API integrations for partner teams.
You will support the ingestion and reconciliation of transactional and menu data into downstream enterprise systems.
Collaboration with the Sr. Architect is essential to scope features, estimate timelines, and execute on prioritized delivery items.
Participation in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong skills in backend development are required, with experience in Node.js, Java, .Net, or equivalent, along with familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and scalable infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working in agile teams and taking ownership of scoped features.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies are essential.
Familiarity with POS, ordering systems, or enterprise restaurant technology is considered a plus.
