Nivoda is seeking a Software Engineer to join its skilled and diverse Engineering team to build efficient solutions for an online platform dedicated to Diamonds, Gems, Jewellery, and more.
The role involves solving complex data-related problems and architecting solutions that efficiently handle large amounts of data while considering performance optimizations, memory consumption, and CPU usage.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in software development.
A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT is required.
The majority of experience should be with Node.js.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and good database skills are necessary.
A solid understanding of both SQL and No-SQL databases is required.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP is essential.
Knowledge of messaging systems like Apache Kafka is preferred.
Experience with unit testing using Jest is a plus.
Candidates should possess excellent quantitative skills and a keen eye for detail.
A good level of English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Candidates should be analytical problem solvers who take ownership and responsibility.
