Description:

  • The Treat Engineering team collaborates closely with Product Management and Design to enhance healthcare experiences for members and clinicians.
  • The healthcare app includes features such as personalized Provider matching, 24/7 Telemedicine+, expert opinions on diagnoses and treatment plans, and medical claims advocacy.
  • The mission of the Treat organization is to deliver healthy outcomes for members by engaging them with medical and behavioral health practices through Telemedicine.
  • The Software Engineer will help build products in a fast, accessible, and intuitive manner.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with Product and Design teams on application design, user experience, developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing of applications.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science or a related field, with a graduation date of Spring/Summer 2025.
  • A focus on impact over progress and a strong drive to complete tasks is essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills utilizing first-principles thinking are required.
  • A solid understanding of full-stack web development, including modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services, is necessary.
  • Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals are required.
  • Candidates should be self-starters and motivated learners with a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
