Remote Software Engineer, User Data (Intermediate/Senior)

Description:

• As a Software Engineer in the User Data team at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for building highly scalable, distributed real-time micro-services primarily written in Go.
• You will work with large data sets and various databases including Aerospike, Elasticsearch, Redis, ScyllaDB, Redshift, TiDB, and MariaDB.
• Your role will involve building software that utilizes messaging queues such as Kafka, SQS, and Kinesis.
• You will be expected to write performance-efficient and memory-optimized code.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills in data structures, algorithms, and optimization are required.
• Experience working with relational databases and/or key-value stores is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in building scalable micro-services and distributed systems.
