Requirements:

Candidates must demonstrate design and development skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Experience with complex build systems and the ability to refactor and modularize code is required.
Proven ability to create various levels of tests, such as unit and integration tests, is essential.
Candidates should be able to clearly describe complex concepts and provide concise project updates and actionable comments in code reviews.
A collaborative approach to working with other developers, including joint project proposals and participation in code reviews, is necessary.
