The role involves working on the technical stack of the returns platform, Rich Returns, to provide an excellent post-sale experience for merchants and customers.
Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participating in software design and architecture, implementing tests for code quality, documenting processes, maintaining existing applications, collaborating with team members, continuously learning new technologies, and solving moderately complex problems.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in software development.
An understanding of type safety principles is essential.
In-depth knowledge of programming paradigms is required.
Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud-based platforms is necessary.
Proficiency in React, Vue, or other front-end technologies is expected.
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or other JavaScript-based technologies is required.
Familiarity with Agile-based project management frameworks is important.
Candidates must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A high level of attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities is required.
Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback are essential.
Candidates should be able to contribute to work estimates, prioritization, and alignment with Product Management.
The ability to tackle ambiguous problems and provide technical direction is necessary.
Experience in eCommerce environments is a plus.
