The Software Engineer will join the Web Crawling team, which is essential for high-quality data collection at scale.
The role involves writing and optimizing web crawlers, collaborating with both the Web Crawling and Application teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in web crawling and data extraction.
Strong expertise in Node.js is preferred for developing web crawling applications.
A deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and reverse engineering techniques is required.
Hands-on experience with automation and scraping tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, and Cheerio is necessary.
Knowledge of security and performance best practices related to web crawling is essential.
