Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our team in LATAM (Remote), specifically in Colombia, Chile, Argentina, or Peru.
In this role, you will maintain and enhance a critical data ingestion pipeline and a data analysis and visualization tool.
You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the reliability, performance, and insights derived from our data.
Your responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our existing data ingestion pipeline built with Python.
You will develop, maintain, and enhance the data analysis and visualization tool, primarily using Angular for the frontend and Java/Python/SQL Spanner for the backend.
You will interact with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data flow and observability requirements.
You will implement new features and improvements to both the data ingestion pipeline and the data analysis and visualization tool based on evolving needs.
Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code is essential.
You will participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our engineering practices.
Staying up-to-date with relevant technologies and industry best practices is expected.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer is required.
Strong proficiency in Python is necessary.
Experience with Java is essential.
Solid experience with Angular for frontend development is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.
A demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly is important.
Strong soft skills, including clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive attitude, are essential.
Proficient English language skills (B2/C1 level) are required, with comfort in regular 1:1 conversations with native English speakers.
