The Software Engineering Intern position is remote and reports to the Engineering Manager.
The compensation for this role is $39.00 per hour.
The intern will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement features for web applications.
Responsibilities include developing front-end components using React, building back-end services with Python or Java, and designing database schemas using Oracle or PostgreSQL.
The intern will work with AWS services for data processing, develop RESTful APIs, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, document code, and contribute to agile development practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures is required.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, either Python or Java, is necessary.
Experience with front-end development using React is expected.
Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, is required.
A basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, ideally with exposure to AWS, is preferred.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development is necessary.
Experience with unit testing frameworks is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
