Requirements:

Proactive team player willing to work through complex technical issues and adapt to shifting priorities.
Passion for optimization and analyzing challenges of compilers and programming languages.
Deep expertise with at least one build system like Bazel, CMake, Maven, Gradle, Nix, Buck, etc.
Experience with DevOps, DevInfra, Linux, Unix shell, and Cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Oracle Cloud.
Proficiency in Java (C++, Rust, others welcome), asynchronous programming.
Experience delivering software at scale, maintaining operations excellence, managing multiple technical projects with tight deadlines.
Hands-on management experience, conflict resolution skills, and on-call rotation for production issues.
