Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Software Engineering Manager position should have experience in startup culture and engineering architecture, with a focus on team leadership and development.
Candidates should excel in shaping technical direction, have a passion for fostering collaborative teams, and be comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications include being a trained and experienced full-stack engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly with React and Node.js.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a direct manager, with a track record of managing people end-to-end.
