Description:

Altium is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to guide the web application development team.
The role involves leading the team through all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications.
Responsibilities include team leadership and mentorship, technical leadership, project management, agile process management, system architecture and design, quality assurance, collaboration with cross-functional teams, continuous improvement, and risk management.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in web application development with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies is necessary.
Proficiency in modern web development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, and C# .Net Core is required.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and the AWS cloud platform is essential.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and ORM frameworks is needed.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, is important.
Proficiency in Git and version control systems is required.
Demonstrated experience in leading and growing technical teams is necessary.
Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies are required.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.
