Description:

The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
This role involves leading a team of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results.

The technology stack includes Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, MySQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS among others.
Responsibilities include mentoring the development team, providing technical leadership, participating in architecture decisions, managing the development lifecycle, conducting code reviews, and driving continuous improvement in development processes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role is required, including mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
Strong experience in software architecture and designing scalable, reliable systems is essential.
Hands-on experience in backend development with expertise in APIs and microservices is necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage and collaborate within a remote, diverse team are required.
A passion for technology and innovation, along with a drive to solve complex technical challenges, is expected.
