Description:

ShiftCare is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up providing innovative software solutions for disability support providers, in-home aged carers, and allied health professionals.
The Software Integration Engineer will work in a team of software engineers, designers, and product owners to bring conceptual solutions to life in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Responsibilities include developing new functionality, integrating with third-party platforms, addressing performance bottlenecks, and contributing to technology architecture and roadmap discussions.
The role involves delivering scalable, robust, and commercially viable technology outcomes for the company.

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in full stack development, including Ruby on Rails, and experience with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Node.js.
Experience working in Agile teams with a high degree of collaboration and self-starting ability.
Knowledge of software development, architecture, APIs, microservices, build automation, and orchestration in a DevOps environment.
Familiarity with enterprise Cloud applications, relational databases, and handling large data sets.
Passion for contributing to the full stack development process.
