Description:

Collaborate closely with small cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features in short iterations
Contribute to sprint planning meetings, identifying high-risk areas
Test features autonomously and document test results in an Agile environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver customer value and learn from feedback
Come up with creative solutions to complex testing problems
Evaluate and define acceptance criteria for user stories
Analyze and break down large user stories into smaller, more testable ones
Plan testing activities for selected user stories each sprint
Develop testing strategy and execute exploratory tests based on acceptance criteria
Develop and maintain manual test cases for complex scenarios
Assist in building and maintaining testing environments
Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise
Identify and communicate obstacles
Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and related technologies
Research new testing technologies and tools

Associate degree or Coding Bootcamp with education in Information Technology and Computer Science
1+ years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance processes and tools
Specialization in one of the following areas: Test Automation Contributor, Release Train Conductor, Security/Penetration Tester, Load/Performance Tester, API Tester
