Remote Software Verification Engineer

Description:

• The Software Verification Engineer will focus on ensuring the integrity and reliability of customers' software through verification processes.
• Responsibilities include conducting verification of customer software using technical documentation, identifying issues or discrepancies, diagnosing problems in software build processes, and reporting on the functionality of instructions.
• The role requires technical analysis, problem-solving, collaboration with team members, continuous learning, and improvement.
• The engineer will also assist in backend and frontend development tasks as needed and participate in DevOps activities.
• Versatility and adaptability across backend, frontend, and DevOps tasks are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of development/devops experience and 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environment fundamentals.
• Basic experience with backend programming languages like Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP, as well as understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database and server configuration, Git version control, AWS technologies, and API configuration.
• Experience with build tools like msbuild, webpack, and maven is beneficial.
• Broad understanding of multiple programming languages and software development tools.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to various programming environments and quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
