Description:
The Solution Architect position is located in Louisville, KY and is a remote contracted role lasting over 6 months with NTT Data.
The role requires a broad knowledge of various technologies, particularly with a heavy emphasis on Medicaid.
The architect will work on transitioning Inclusa to iCare from a different tech stack, which is a significant part of the job.
The Solution Architect will collaborate with business and IT partners, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to develop strategies and define solutions that enhance operational efficiencies in the Medicare and Medicaid sectors.
The architect will engage with various domains across Insurance, including Enrollment, Product, Claims, Provider, Clinical, and Customer Service, to innovate and deliver solutions.
The position involves advising executives on functional strategies and exercising independent judgment on complex issues.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for data, a desire to craft solutions, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience leading architecture in modernization, transformation, and transition journeys.
A proven track record in developing and influencing strategies and roadmaps is required.
Experience working with engineers and delivery teams is essential.
Candidates should have familiarity with diverse technologies, including Augmented and Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language, SaaS, and various cloud platforms.
Experience with merger and acquisition processes and large enterprise software solutions is necessary.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences are required.
Candidates should have contributed to establishing standards, policies, and procedures in architecture practices.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required, along with 12 years of progressive IT experience.
