Description:
SpryPoint is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to work directly with utility customers and implement enterprise applications.
The Solution Architect will design, describe, and manage the SpryPoint solution to address specific client business problems.
Responsibilities include working with clients to align best practices with future business requirements, ensuring quality implementation through regular audits and checks, and leading various sessions such as Discovery, Business Process reviews, and Integration Design.
The role involves creating and maintaining process flows, overseeing system configuration, providing input on training materials, documenting issues during testing, and maintaining project-related documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise utility software, particularly with utility Customer Information Systems (CIS).
Experience in mapping processes and working on large process mapping projects is required.
Familiarity with Mobile Field and Workforce Management (MFM & MWM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is considered an asset.
Experience in analyzing large data sets is also an asset.
A strong understanding of relational databases and SQL is necessary, along with knowledge of modern development and deployment methodologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Azure.
Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence Platforms is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong prioritization and execution skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and change.
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders are essential.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of complex software implementation methodologies are required.
