As a Solutions Architect for Iconik Media Asset Management, you will collaborate closely with Backlight’s sales, technical teams, and clients to design and implement tailored solutions that align with customers' media asset management needs.
This role blends media management expertise, technical acumen, and customer focus, ensuring our customers receive the highest value from Iconik.
Responsibilities include architecting customized media asset management solutions, acting as a technical liaison, maintaining knowledge on Iconik capabilities, providing pre-sales support, overseeing implementation, developing documentation and training, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Media Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role with a focus on media asset management is necessary.
A deep understanding of Iconik Media Asset Management or similar platforms and their role in digital asset workflows is essential.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and media storage solutions is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences are needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in collaborative environments are mandatory.
