TTEC Digital is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join their expanding team in the EMEA region, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
The role involves designing and delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions that empower clients to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include leveraging design thinking to define project goals, architecting scalable solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE and CX solutions.
The Solution Architect will lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements, creating Solution, Functional, and Technical Specifications.
The position requires utilizing Microsoft Fabric to design data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions that enhance decision-making.
Staying current on industry trends and applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions is essential.
The role involves engaging stakeholders to understand their needs and proposing tailored, value-driven solutions.
The Solution Architect will guide the deployment of solutions, ensuring secure integrations and successful client adoption.
Mentorship of junior team members and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
Proven experience in data and analytics, ideally with Microsoft Fabric or comparable platforms.
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, delivering complex projects in consulting or similar environments.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, and Digital Contact Centre), and Microsoft Fabric.
Familiarity with Azure stack technologies, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles is required.
Proficiency in low-code/no-code development for rapid solution delivery is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a creative mindset for tackling complex challenges, are essential.
The candidate should be a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Previous consulting experience in the EMEA region or with global clients is preferred.
Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies or competing platforms is beneficial.

The position offers a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per year.
