• The architect will ensure secure authentication and authorization practices using OAuth protocols.
• Continuous improvement is a focus, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• The role involves developing and delivering training programs for end-users and administrators, providing support for application-related issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Java certification and certification in GCP architecture are necessary.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java-based applications.
• A proven track record of leading end-to-end Java application implementations is essential.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Java-based applications, including micro-services, GitHub, CI/CD using GitHub, Kubernetes, and GCP is required.
• Strong understanding of integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP web services, is necessary.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server is required.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scripts and APIs in Java is essential.
• Performance management experience using Java and databases is necessary.
• AGILE development experience is required.
• Extensive experience in driving software design and development for IT systems is essential.
• A firm grasp of dispatching algorithms, dispatch optimization, appointment scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning concepts is required.
• The ability to understand and implement complex technical information is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build teams are essential.
